<p>PURPOSE:To remove the bubble or void in a product by a method in which curing resin varnish is fed on the upper surface of the base impregnated with resin immediately before laminating, and the bases are continuously laminated, while resin well is formed between an upper squeeze roll and the upper surface of the base impregnated with resin. CONSTITUTION:Long glass cloth bases 2 are respectively arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of two long glass unwoven cloth bases 1. Each base in impregnated with the unsaturated polyester resin varnish 3 having been preliminarily foamed under reduced pressure by using the impregnating roll 4 of one side contact, while each base is continuously transferred. Next, the unsaturated polyester resin varnish 7 having been preliminarily foamed under reduced pressure is fed to the base 5 impregnated with resin immediately before laminating squeeze rolls 6, and the obtained base impregnated with resin is continuously laminated, while resin well 8 is formed between the upper roll of the laminating squeeze rolls and the upper surface of the base 5 impregnated with resin. Then the long laminate 10 obtained by arranging copper foils 9 on the upper and lower surfaces of the laminate is continuously cured in a heating and curing furnace 11, and then it is cut into necessary size with a cutter 12. Thus, the electrical laminate 13 without bubble or void is obtained.</p> |
