PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and high resistance and to give high transparency, high hardness and luster by a method in which the masking layer composed of specified thermosetting resin is lapped on the base layer of specified unsturated polyester cured resin, and on said masking layer the transparent synthetic resin layer with the intermediate layer of color pattern is laminated. CONSTITUTION:In a base layer, liquid unsaturated polyester resin is filled with inorganic material powder, and after said material has been formed into a constant thickness, it is heated and cured, thereby obtaining a foamed plate. In the resin for masking layer, curing agent, cure accelerator, pigment or inorganic powder or thin compound are added to the liquid epoxy resin without solvent, and they are agitated and mixed. The rein for the masking layer is placed on the surface of the base layer, and fur then or said making layer, the printed pattern decorative layer film composed of the transparent film on which color pattern is printed, is placed, while said printed surface is directed upward thereon. They are mutually put and stuck to each other, which the resin for the masking layer is cured. The mixed resin for the surface layer in which curing agent and cure accelerator are added to liquid epoxy-resin without solvent and mixed by agitation, is placed on the printed surface worked for adhesion, and then it is pressure-contacted under heating and is cured. |
