<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an input error, by fitting a memory element which is made to memorize a discrimination code, at part of a tool, and providing a tool controller which searches for a relevant tool information from a tool file by using as a key the discrimination code transmitted by means of a receiver, and which makes extraction as well as indication, and which outputs a tool code to a machine tool. CONSTITUTION:When a tool 2 is made to approach the antenna 4 of a receiver 3, a tool discrimination code or tool information is transmitted to a tool controller 5 through the receiver, and the T code, 9 tool correction number, a tool correction quantity and other tool information are indicated within the tool controller 5, and a correctional NC part program is drawn up from the tool correction number and the tool correction quantity. Also, the agreement of the extracted T code and a pot number inputted from the machine tool is decided, and the indications of OK if agreed and NG if not agreed, are made, and in addition, the T code is outputted to the machine tool. As a result, the tool information of each tool and the correctional NC part program can be automatically registered at the NC control portion of the machine tool.</p> |
