A sampling head, designed to be placed between a tank containing the liquid to be sampled and a suction system, comprises a body 10 passed through by a suction passage 24a, 24b and a liquid inlet passage 32a, 32b, two needles 30, 36, connected to each of these passages, and a container 14 in which is placed a sampling bottle closed by a cap. The needles 30, 36 emerge in the container 14 through openings situated in planes parallel to the axis of the container and turned towards this axis.
