发明名称 METHOD AND MECHANISM FOR ADJUSTING CAPILLARY CELL DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily adjust the position of the detector by moving a condenser lens or capillary cell in a direction intersecting orthogonally with the optical axis of a laser beam and making a laser beam travels across the capillary cell. CONSTITUTION:The condenser lens which converges the laser beam 6 on the capillary cell 8 or cell 8 is moved in the direction intersecting orthogonally with the optical axis of the laser beam and then the beam 6 moves in a direction crossing the cell 8. Further, when only carrier liquid is supplied to the cell 8, the beam 6 is scattered by striking on the cell 8 and its scattered light is detected by a detection part. Then when the detection part is in the left direction of the cell 8, the scattered light becomes intense where the beam 6 is at positions (a) and (c) and the peak is detected. When the beam 6 is incident correctly on the cell 8 like the position (b), the smallest scattered light is obtained. Further, the beam 6 is moved toward positions (a), (b), and (c) and the scattered light peak is detected at the positions (a) and (c). Then the relative position between the lens and cell 8 is fixed so that the beam 6 is positioned halfway between the peaks (a) and (c).
