<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate visual check of existence of a paper sheet at a previous send position in this device such as an electronic copying machine by indicating detection of the paper sheet at the previous send position and letting the paper sheet to a predetermined position. CONSTITUTION:The forward end of a manuscript D transferred from a tray 44 gets a post-resist switch 55 on and reaches a previous send position 51. At the time of this getting on of the post-resist switch 55, a previous send indicator 75 on a reverse part cover 62 is lighted. From a predetermined period of time after this to an output of an O-IN signal from a main processor, unillustrated, the device is kept standby, and the indicator 75 continues lighting till retransfer of the manuscript D from the previous send position 51. The light is lighted off by the O-IN signal, when transfer of the manuscript D is restarted. In this constitution, visual check of existence of the manuscript at the previous send position can be achieved easily.</p> |
