<p>PURPOSE:To allow a sliding member to be grasped by a conductive member even though the bond power between the two members has gone out, by furnishing a complex material with a boss to detain the conductive member with the sliding member. CONSTITUTION:A complex material 3a is furnished with a boss 5 for detaining a conductive member 2, for ex. Al mother material, with a sliding member 1a. The one having this boss 5 at the joint surface of sliding member 1a with the Al mother material is compressed by an upper and a lower roll 6, 7, and the sliding member 1a is made into a specified form with its surface in curvature. This permits the sliding member 1a to be detained with the Al mother material 2 through the boss 5 to accomplish a complex rigid electric-car feeder wire, wherein the sliding member 1a can be kept grasped by the Al mother material 2 even after the bond power between the two members has gone out.</p> |
