PURPOSE:To obtain a molded form having desired luster by a method wherein a layer, which is produced by printing with matting agent-containing ink and which adherently remains onto the release surface of a favorably formable plastic release film after releasing, a releasant layer, a pattern printed layer, an adhesive layer and a base material sheet, all of which are transferred to molded item side after releasing, are provided in the mentioned order onto the release surface of the release film. CONSTITUTION:A molding sheet 1A concerned is produced by arranging a layer 21, which is produced by printing with matting agent-containing ink, a releasant layer 3, a pattern printed layer 4, an adhesive layer 5 and a base material sheet 6 is said order onto the release surface of a favorably formable plastic release film 2. A favorably formable plastic film suitable for release film is selected from film such as polyvinyl chloride or the like. The matting agent-containing film is released together with the release film from the releasant layer. Accordingly, the bonding strength between the film and the release film is selected so as to be stronger than that between the film and the releasant layer. As the adhesive, one or a mixture of two or more selected from acrylic resin such as methyl polymethacrylic acid and the like can be used. As the base material sheet, any material, the formability of which is favorable and which can be easily integrated with plastic constituting a molded item, may be adopted. |
