PURPOSE:To make it easy and speedy to do the jointing operation on the inner side in the width direction of a skidproof device by making it possible to pull out a tightening tool for getting both end parts in the longitudinal direction of a tyre skidproof device to come close together only in one direction to the outside in the tyre width direction. CONSTITUTION:A clamp 44 is provided on one end part of a rope 42 for connecting together outer frame parts 16, 26 and 34 on the inside in the width direction in the longitudinal direction and one end of a tightening tool (belt) 46 of a long measuring tape type is hooked to the clamp 44, in a tyre skidproof device 10 formed in the shape of a net. Additionally, a guide means (eye part) 42A which the belt 46 can pass through and move around is provided on the other edge part of the above mentioned rope 42, and the other end of this belt 46 is pulled out to the outside of the skidproof device 10 in its width direction through the clamp 44. At this time, the belt 46 is moved in the direction to make both end parts 22 and 28 in the longitudinal direction of the skidproof device 10, but it is to be prevented from its movement in the reversal direction by the direction constraint means (lock). |
