PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of deformation, cracks, and exfoliation in the title substrate by adding a specific quantity of an oxide to the substrate which is composed basically of CoO and NiO. CONSTITUTION:CoO powder is mixed with NiO powder so as to obtain mixed powder having a chemical composition of CoNiO2. The mixed powder is calcined at 1,000 deg.C in an AR atmosphere and the calcined product is pulverized in a wet ball mill for 22 hours by using ethanol. After pulverization, at least one of MnO, TiO2, Al2O3, and CaO powder is mixed to the pulverized powder by 0.1-5wt.% and CIP forming is performed on the mixture. After CIP forming, the formed product is sintered at 1,350 deg.C. The MnO, TiO2, Al2O3, and CaO can be added individually or in mixed states at various mixing ratios. Irrespective of the adding way of the powder, the sintered body is improved in hardness and density. |
