Acidic dishwashing compositions

The phosphate- and polyacrylate-free powdered compositions which can be used in machines are based on surfactants, builders and fillers and contain 0.5 to 5% by weight of at least one enzyme from the group of hydrolases, preferably amylases, proteases and lipases. The builders preferably used are citric acid as well as NTA and EDTA, and the fillers preferably used are urea, cellulose, cellulose derivatives, sugars, sugar derivatives, alkali metal or magnesium sulphates and polyethylene glycols. It is also possible for foam-suppressant compounds from the group of paraffins, hydrophobic silica and bis-stearamides to be present.
