PURPOSE:To reduce the stress of a first switching element by inhibiting the ON operation of the first switching element until the voltage of a subordinate power circuit reaches to a stable level. CONSTITUTION:In an inverter device in which the driver circuit A1 of a first switching element Q1 is connected to a subordinate power circuit (a capacitor C3), which is subordinated to the ON operation of a second switching element Q2 and from which supply voltage is obtained, the ON operation of the first switching element Q1 is inhibited until both the driving supply voltage of an oscillation circuit B and the voltage of the subordinate power circuit reach to a stable level. Accordingly, no trouble in which oscillation frequency is not stabilized is generated, and the switching element Q1 is not worked under the intermediate state of an ON state and an OFF state, thus also generating no stress in the switching element Q1. |
