A hollow cannula for the injection or extn. of liq. with a circular shank (1) has a wall of V-shape at the point (2) of the cannula. The conventional threefold ground edges are now replaced by onefold ground edges (4) with a small angle alpha between then. ADVANTAGE - The result is that the tissue and nerve ends are cut and not torn apart so that the force required and the pain caused thereby are both reduced.
