PURPOSE:To prevent cross leak and to make a system compact by setting up a partition in a spacer and performing fuel gas supply and exhaust on one side and oxidizing agent gas supply and exhaust on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A partition 15 is set up in a spacer 14, both made of ceramic material, to form gas passages. Gas is supplied from one side of the partition 15 and returned with spacer 14, then exhausted from the other side of the partition 15. The difference of thermal expansion coefficient between a solid electrolyte plate and the spacer 14, and the partition 15 is eliminated. Gas inlets 24, 26 and outlets 25, 27 are arranged on the same side of the spacer 14. Cross leak is prevented and a system is made compact. |
