PURPOSE:To make processing and adjustment unnecessary and to set a resonator unit to a desired frequency by forming the resonator unit at the center with a dielectric material having a dielectric constant higher than that of other dielectric material for other resonator units at both edges. CONSTITUTION:While resonator units 11 and 13 at both edges are formed with the same dielectric material, a resonator unit 12 at the center is molded using the dielectric material having the higher dielectric constant compared with that of the dielectric material for the units 11 and 13. For example, while a Ba-Ti-Nd system material having 88-dielectric constant is used for the resonator units 11 and 13 at both edges, a material having the same basic composition as that of the above-mentioned material, different added substance quantity from that of the above-mentioned material, and 100-dielectric constant is used for the resonator unit 12 at the center. In this case, it is possible to change the dielectric constant by a method for changing the quantity of a Bi oxide, etc. Thus, a dielectric block for which a resonator frequency is adjusted can be obtained, the adjustment becomes unnecessary, and work for grinding and adding a conductor pattern becomes unnecessary. |
