The hydraulic control system comprises a first double-acting ram generating a reciprocating movement, and a second one generating a second such movement. A slector valve connects the first ram chambers alternately to the pressure supply and an outlet. Two third rams are alternately filled from the pressure source and discharged to the second ram under control of the first one. A pressure-controlled throttle valve (46,46A) is connected between the working chamber of the third rams (56,56A) and that of the second one (51).
