PURPOSE:To have sure and easy taking-out of a contact, lessen the thickness of a connection part, and provide simple manufacturability by laminating a surface-shaped resistor, electrode, and conductive metal tape one over another of an insulation sheet, and arranging a lead on this conductive metal tape. CONSTITUTION:An insulation sheet 1, planar resistor 2, electrode 3, and conductive metal tape 4 are laminated one over another. This insulation sheet 1 must be insulative and made of a heat resistant material sustaining the heat emission temp. of the surface-shaped resistor 2. The sheet 1 shall be provided with an adhesive layer 10 at least on one side, and thereover the planar resistor 2 is laminated. This planar resistor 2 is made from a compound containing crystalline polymer and conductive substance. The electrode 3 is formed on the planar resistor 2 through screen printing of Ag paste, and thereover the conductive metal tape 4 made from metal foil is arranged. A lead 5 is arranged on this conductive metal tape 4 drawn out onto the insulation sheet 1. This provides certain and easy taking-out of a contact, makes the thickness of the connection part smaller, and provides simple manufacture. |
