PURPOSE:To decrease the collection and delivery expenses at a user side by using a simplified destination designating system and reducing the number of destination control records to control the destination. CONSTITUTION:The constitution of the destination record is of three of a record section, a control field and a destination data group, and a control field is present in the first record only and omitted from the second record and the ones following it. By the value types 51 to 54 of the destination record of the control field, any of the designating systems shown in Figs. (b) to (e) is used and its is determined whether or not the destination is designated. Thus, since the address group of the distribution destination is grouped to at least one destination group having the common conditions specified beforehand and the data of respective destinations are distributed for a common destination group, thus, the collection and delivery expenses are reduced.
