<p>The invention concerns a method of synthetizing alpha oligoribonucleotide compounds in which synthesis is carried out with phosphoramidite on a solid support, as well as compounds useful in said method and the compounds obtained. According to the invention, protected alpha ribonucleoside monomers, substituted by phosphoramidite groups in the 3' position, are assembled, the hydroxyl function in the 2' position of the ribose of said monomer being protected by the Ctmp or TBDMS group.</p> |
