<p>The invention relates to a method and a device for redirecting data signals. The method according to the invention comprises the following steps, one of a plurality of sets of monitor units (13; 18) and one of a plurality of sets of keyboard units (12; 17) automatically are selected and connected together to a computer (11). Pressing a key on one of said keyboard units controls the selection, and the accessability of the computer is indicated at the respective set. The device according to the invention comprises at least two sets of keyboard and monitor units and an associated network. The device further comprises an input switch (1; 2), indicating means (29, 30) indicating the accessability of the computer, and an electrical switching means (7) for connecting and disconnecting, respectively, each of the sets.</p> |
