STEREOSCOPIC CAMERA DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily set the relation of a convergence angle and a focal distance to an optimum stereoscopic pickup condition at the pickup of a 3-dimension (stereoscopic) picture by providing a single focal lens provided integrally to a device main body directed toward a zoom lens in the same direction, having a tilt with respect to an optical axis of the zoom lens and equal picture angle with a wide angle. CONSTITUTION:A single focal lens B is provided integrally to the side of a device main body 108. The optical axis X2 of the single focal lens B is fixed so as to have a convergence angle with respect to the optical axis X1 of the zoom lens A. The relation between the single focal lens B and the zoom lens A is designed in advance such that the angle with the single focal lens B is equal in the wide angle of the zoom lens A and the focal point is fixed. Thus, the zoom function is acted at a conventional 2-dimension pickup and the relation between the convergence angle and the focal distance is easily set to the optimum stereoscopic pickup condition at the 3-dimension (etereoscopic) pickup.
