PURPOSE:To make it possible to print fine letters and signs in the title cable by firing and unifying a printed tape of a porous tetrafluoroethylene polymer tape printed with a color pigment. CONSTITUTION:When an unsintered porous tetrafluoroethylene polymer tape 1 is printed with an ink containing a color pigment, the pigment 2 goes into the inside of the pores to make a print and the rest part beside the printed part remains as a porous part 3. Therefore, when the resulting tape is compressively shaped, the ink is compressively sealed in the inside of the pores and trapped, and then it is fired. As a result, even though a tetrafluoroethylene polymer tape 4 is hard to be printed, a flat cable of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer having a distinguishing function can be obtained. Printings of letters, signs, designs, etc., are thus formed without being exposured to outside by using the printed tetrafluoroethylene polymer. |
