Heating arrangements for vehicles

A commercial vehicle heating arrangement for use when the external temperatures are in the region of to - 60 DEG C, comprises an additional heating unit able to pass heated air into the space (9) defined by the V-engine. Hot air from this space is able to pass via a flap valve in housing (14) to the air conditioning inlet ducts leading to the vehicle cabin. Waste gases from the heating unit are able to preheat engine oil.
