<p>PURPOSE:To enable the automatic loading for both standard tape cassette and small size tape cassette by providing a front lid opening and closing mechanism for the small size tape cassette and a subloading mechanism for expanding a tape path. CONSTITUTION:The insertion of the small size tape cassette 2 is detected by a switch 22, and when the cassette 2 is positioned, the front lid 2A is opened by an arm 31. Subsequently, tape drawing pins 18a and 3a for subloading, erected on arms 53 and 54 are brought into between the tape path 40a stretched in front of the cassette 2 and the cassette 2, and the arms 53 and 54 are revolved to make the pins 18a and 3a move into their positions 18b and 3b respectively, whereas the tape of the cassette 2 is drawn out from its position 40a to 40b, and main loading tape guides 9a, 10a, 12a, 13a and 5a for drawing out the tape from the standard tape cassette are brought into between the tape and the cassette 2, so that without using a cassette adapter, the loading of the small size tape cassette 2 is carried out.</p> |
