PURPOSE:To humidify the storage space without using a humidifier by disposing an absorbent object comprising a porous molded piece which absorbs the frost melt on the bottom of the cooling chamber. CONSTITUTION:An absorbent object 15 is laid all over the inner surface of the bottom of the partition 6. That is, the absorbent object 15 is disposed on the bottom part of the partition 6 to which the frost melt flows, the frost melt being produced as the frost on low temperature parts in the storage space 3 such as an evaporator 7 melts. The absorbent object 15 is formed with a porous molded piece. The frost melt produced in the storage space 3 is absorbed by the absorbent object 15 disposed in its route of flow, and is evaporated by the air flow in the storage space 3 caused by a first fan 8. A drain hole 11 is drilled in the lower part 6b of the partition 6. In a position which corresponds to said drain hole 11, a through-hole 16 is drilled in the absorbent object 15. |
