CONSTITUTION:A user inserts a prepared paying slip P to a transacting medium inserting port 4. The inserted paying slip P is taken-in by a transacting medium processing unit 86. Then, according to the theory of the reading position and reading contents for the paying slip P to be recorded in advance, paying information are read by an optical reading device 42.
