<p>PURPOSE:To execute profitable dictionary retrieval to utilize plural dictionary cards, which correspond to the plural types of dictionaries with high efficiency by totally holding these plural dictionary cards concerning the plural types of the dictionary cards having different usage. CONSTITUTION:A main body device 10 has structure to totally hold the plural types of dictionary cards 21-23 having the different usage. Simultaneously, as a detecting means, an inquiry is successively executed by an index concerning all the dictionary cards, for which dictionary data corresponding to the inputted index have the possibility of existence, out of the plural dictionary cards totally held in correspondence to the input of the retrieval desired index through an input means such as a keyboard 11, etc. Based on responses from these respective dictionary cards 21-23, a retrieving means is provided to successively specify the dictionary data which correspond to the inputted index. Then, these inputted index items and the dictionary data to be successively specified are wholly displayed visibly on a display 12.</p> |
