PURPOSE:To prevent cash, for which an owner can not be specified, from being forgotten to be picked up without fail by surely returning a recording medium after the cash is picked up when payment transaction is not executed. CONSTITUTION:When a recording medium 2 is inserted to an inserting port, this insertion is detected and control is executed so that the cash can be instructed to be inputted to a bank note entrance and exist 11 by a guiding means 14. Thus, the cash is inputted after the medium 2 is inserted and before the reading of information relating to the payment to be recorded to the medium 2 is finished. When the payment transaction is not executed by a transacting means, at first, the cach to be inputted to the entrance and exist 11 is returned and continuously, the medium 2 to be inserted to the inserting port 4 is controlled so as to be returned. Thus, after the cash is picked up, the medium 2 is returned without fail. |
