TEMPERATURE SENSOR CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR MICROWAVE RANGES

A disconnection state of a temperature sensor (TH2) is checked by a sensor checking resistor (RC) at which an A/D input value shows to infinity for a disconnection state. A setting temperature is determined by selection of a temperature reference resistor (Rf) value, i.e. the heating temperature regulates to the value of Rf so that the correction of the program is not necessary even when the application of the sensor is different. In normal case, the A/D input value is determined by the difference between the resistance values of the sensor and the reference resistor so that the real temperature is measured.'
