SURFACE COLORED BODY AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To facilitate checking of the positions and shapes of alignment marks by providing transparent conductive film parts and colored layers which are formed on these film parts and contain dyes and high polymers to the alignment marks. CONSTITUTION:The transparent conductive patterns 2a formed on one main surface of an aluminoborosilicate glass substrate 1 as a transparent insulating substrate and the colored layers 3 which contain the blue dye and high polymer and are formed on the patterns 2a are provided. Further, the alignment marks 6 provided with the cruciform transparent conductive film parts 4 and the colored layers 5 which are formed thereon and contain the blue dye and high polymer are provided. This surface colored body has the colored layers 7 which contain the green dye and high polymer and are formed on the patterns 2b and the colored layers 8 which contain the red dye and high polymer and are formed on the patterns 2c. Signs 9 to be used at the time of cutting the substrate 1 are formed to th e regions in the outer edges on one main surface of the substrate 1. The signs 9 have the colored layers 11 which contain the blue dye and high polymer and are formed on the transparent conductive film parts 10 similarly as the marks 6.
