<p>According to the invention a single-impeller centrifugal self-priming jet pump is obtained with a diffuser (10) of the axial type, which is arranged facing the centrifugal impeller (6) on its suction side. The diffuser (10) presents some return channels (16) with a tendencially radial arrangement having the task of acting as a diffuser and of conveying axially and without rotation into the pressure chamber (17) of the pump casing (2) through a single (mutual) central opening (15), having the shape of a round crown surrounding the collar (21), the medium flowing out of the impeller (6) and into the axial diffuser (10) through some openings (14) arranged along the outer circumferential periphery of said axial diffuser.</p> |
