PURPOSE:To prevent an optical loss from being increased even if a gutter-like parabollic surface mirror, heat collector and heat collecting pipe and the like are deformed by a method wherein a vacuum glass pipe having a transparent glass pipe wall at a radiation surface mirror of a heat collector and a pipe wall of complex surface having a sectional shape of a complex parabollic line is provided and the thermal collecting pipe is provided to a light collecting part of the heat collector. CONSTITUTION:A heat collector 102 is comprised of a transparent glass pipe wall 102a facing to a parabollic surface mirror 101 and a glass pipe wall 102b of complex parabollic surface having a sectional area of the complex parabollic line. An interior part of this glass pipe is kept vacuum. An inner surface of the glass pipe wall 102b has a reflecting mirror surface 107 formed by metallic deposited film such as silver, chromeum and aluminum and the like, for example. The heat collector 102 has a heat collector pipe 106 at a part where a sun beam reflected from the parabollic surface mirror 101 incident from the glass pipe wall 102a is further reflected at the reflection mirror 107 and converged. A thermal medium flow passage 108 is arranged within the heat collecting pipe 106.
