摘要 An optoelectronic device for the contactless measurement of objects includes an opaque hollow body with an opening for the introduction of the object to be measured. At least one emitter diode and an associated photovoltaic cell are arranged in the cavity of the body in a common plane perpendicular to the direction of introduction of the object to be measured. In use, an object introduced into the body in a predetermined direction can be interposed between the emitter diode and the photovoltaic cell so as to project on to the latter a shadow which is a function of its transverse dimensions. Conveniently, two intersecting emitter diode photovoltaic cell pairs can be arranged in the body.
