<p>PURPOSE:To allow a branched saddle to effectively fusion-adhere to a matrix tube by heating only the adhering face of the tube, then simultaneously heating the face of the tube and the adhering face of a branched saddle, and bringing the face of the saddle into pressure contact with that of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A branched saddle 42 is brought into contact with a matrix tube 30, an adhering face is determined, the bent side face of a heater 66 is brought into contact with the saddle 42, and the part of the tube 30 is heated by the heater 66. When the adhering face of the tube 30 becomes a predetermined temperature, the face of the saddle 42 mounted at a saddle socket 40 is brought into contact with the right side face of the heater 66, and the face of the saddle 42 is started to be heated. The adhering faces are softened to be melted in predetermined thicknesses, and the heater 66 is separated from the faces of the tube 30 and the saddle 42. After the heater 66 is removed, the face of the saddle 42 is brought into contact with the face of the tube 30, and the saddle 42 adheres to the tube 30.</p> |
