摘要 PURPOSE:To control the filling ratio of a raw material on the upstream side of a valve apparatus and to attempt to adjust a degree of kneading by making a molten raw material on the upstream side of a barrier part flow through a communicating path to the downstream side and controlling thereby the flow of the molten raw material. CONSTITUTION:A raw material fed in a hole 11 of a barrel 10 is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side. When a valve 43 is lowered, a communicating path 39 is closed and the upstream side of the barrier part 33 of the hole 11 and the downstream side are almost completely stopped. When the valve 43 is elevated from this state, the crosssectional area of the path of the communicating path 39 is increased. When the valve 43 is transferred to the upper limit, the communicating path 39 is brought in a completely open state, the resin flows with almost no resistance. It is possible to control the resin flow in accordance with the position of the valve 43 like this and to control thereby the residence time of the resin. As the result, the degree of kneading of the resin can be controlled.
