发明名称 MAGNETIC BEARING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To support the radial and axial loads of a vertical shaft rotating body by providing yokes of soft magnetic material near both end surfaces of one annular magnet and contacting them partly to magnetic poles and positioning the periphery of the other annular magnet in the spaced end of the annular yokes. CONSTITUTION:A stationary annular magnet 12 is arranged concentrically on the outer periphery of an annular magnet 10 fitted onto a vertical shaft rotating body and the poles of the both magnets 10 and 12 are so formed that the same pole is adjacent to each other in axial direction. An annular yokes 14A and 14B of soft magnetic material are arranged on both sides of the magnets 10 and 12. These yokes are partly in contact with the N and S poles of the stationary annular magnet 12 and extended to a position opposite to the upper and lower end surfaces(both magnetic pole surfaces) of the annular magnet 10. The axial load of the vertical shaft rotating body is supported by resiliency generated between the yoke 14a magnetized in N pole and the yoke 14b in S pole and the annular magnet 10 in N and S poles and the radial load of it is supported by resiliency generated between the annular magnet 10 and the stationary annular magnet 12. Thus both the axial and radial loads can be supported by one bearing device only and the device can be miniaturized.
