PURPOSE:To obtain a resin part excellent in impact resistance in a short molding cycle by a method wherein coloring is performed by kneading highly concentrated pellets, which are colored in the predetermined color by containing pigment having specified particle diameter, and pellets having color of resin itself with each other at their injection in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A colored resin part is produced by kneading highly concentrated pellets, which are colored in the predetermined color by containing pigment having a particle diameter of 40mum or less, and natural color pellets having color of resin itself with each other at their injection in a mold. Since there is a correlation between the impact resistance of a molded resin part and the particle diameter of pigment in masterbatch, the resin part excellent in impact resistance can be obtained by molding the above-mentioned highly concentrated pellets and the natural color pellets by masterbatch molding process without requiring the modification of a molder the complicated process control. |
