PURPOSE:To obtain the title material outstanding in flavor, oxidation resistance, etc., by putting a natural solid flavoring material into a filterable packaging bag which is then packed with a thermoreversible food-compatible material solution followed by cooling and solidification and then by vacuum packaging of the solidified product with an airtight cover. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, chopped meat 6 such as from cow, pig or fish, chopped dry fish such as from bonito, fruit pieces, vegetables and/or intact or chopped mushroom 8 are boiled, aged and baked to produce a solid flavoring material. Second, this material is put into a filterable packaging bag 2 made of a filterable material such as nonwoven fabric or natural fiber cloth. Furthermore, this packing bag 2 is additionally packed with a solution of thermoreversible food-compatible material (e.g., gelatin, pectin, agar-agar) followed by cooling and solidification. The resultant product is additional covered with an airtight material 1 such as synthetic resin bag or aluminum foil bag followed by deaerating or replacing by an inert gas such as nitrogen the air within said covering material, thus obtaining the objective food flavoring material. |
