PURPOSE:To delete a regulating time up to printing and spoilage and to alleviate the operation of a worker by inputting and storing data at the time of preset obtained from a picture pattern area rate measuring unit and data after tone adjustment obtained from an ink preset unit, and calculating suitable preset function. CONSTITUTION:The recorded content of a magnetic card 11 recorded with data at the time of preset by a printing plat picture area rate measuring unit 1 is read by the card reader 21 of input means, stored orderly in a RAM 42 through an interface 31, the recorded content of a magnetic card 11' recorded with data after tone adjustment by an ink preset unit 2 is read by the reader 21, and stored orderly in a RAM 41 through the interface 31. Then, a predetermined conversion program loaded from an external memory 72 is executed to calculate the correcting value of a preset function loaded as the data from the RAM 61, and the correcting value is set in the unit 2. |
