<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the effect of fatigue recovery and a treatment method by providing a compact membrane type oxygen enriching device to give oxygen enriched air having specific oxygen concn. to the user in a health capsule over a time interval contained in the set of a time switch. CONSTITUTION:When a timer switch 6 is set to an indication time and a power supply 7 is turned ON, a vacuum pump 5e is operated and air is passed through an oxygen enriching membrane 5a to supply oxygen enriched air having oxygen concn. of 30% to a user 2 from an inhalation port through an inhalation pipe 4a within a predetermined time.
