A facing element for producing lining layers of inner and outer walls (22) of building is composed of a mass on the basis of (a) a plastic polymer, in particular a dispersion of vinyl or acrylate, (b) a plasticizer made of a high-boiling additive, in particular a phthalate and if necessary a low-boiling additive, in particular an ether, (c) usual fillers such as quartz sand, swelling minerals and colours pigments, (d) if necessary structuring granules and (e) sodium or potassium silicate. The corresponding adhesive mortar (24) contains an alkane diacid dimethylester or ethylester. |
