A device for accelerating the ageing of wines and spirits by reducing the duration of ageing to a few weeks comprises a truncated conical bell (1) under which the wine or spirit to be aged is placed; the upper part of the bell (3), also in the form of a truncated cone picks up, amplifies and projects into the bell the waves generated by the geometrical shape of the device. The device is particularly useful for ageing wines and spirits in bottles, casks or vats. |
