A hot stamping foil is prepd. by laminating (a) plastic film i.e. 7- 40 micron thick polyester, (b) released layer of celluloses or waxes resin, (c) protective layer of vinyls, acryls, melamines or epoxys resin, (d) metallic layer having 5-80% Ca transmitting visible light, (e) transparent resin layer of vinyl, acryl or phenol resin, (f) total reflection layer of metal of 300-800 angstrom, (g) primer layer of acryl or vinyl resin, and (h) hot melt adhesive layer of acryl, phenol, polypropylene or urethane resin over one another.
