The controller detects a baby cry and then transmits lullaby which is iterated and gradually diminished. The controller includes a sound signal breaker (6) preventing the re-detection of sound signal when controller is operated by an initial sound signal, a volumn control signal generator (9) generating a falling stepwave form signal so that the current flowing to a speaker through a current amplifier (10) is gradually diminished during a set time, and a reset signal generator (11) comprising an one shot circuit (17) resetting a first switch driver (8) and the volumn control signal generator (9) when an initial power is applied, and a fourth flip flop (18) for adjusting the melody time.
