A gas nozzle for producing a jet of gas with directive effect, preferably an injector of a burner fed with a gas-air mixture includes a removable restriction component 5 housed in the body 2 of the nozzle, and provided with at least one nozzle element 6 or 7 whose cross-section can vary as need be. The restriction component 5 is made from sheet metal or from a solid component and is housed, according to one embodiment, in a threaded end-fitting 3 in extension of the body 2 of the nozzle, serving to fix the nozzle and provided with a bore 4 which is coaxial with the bore 1 of the nozzle. <IMAGE>
