<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal temperature rise of an adsorption body resulting from the accidental stopping of fans on desorbing side and a carrying device by providing a safety means for automatically supplying cooling air to a solvent removing part based on the results from the detection by detecting means for sensing the accidental stopping of the aforesaid fans. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a carrying device for carrying an adsorption body 1 adapted for adsorption of solvent from the gas to be treated through an adsorption part A to a desorbing part B and fans 12 and 13 on the desorbing side for supplying a high temperature regeneration air to the adsorption body 1 to be positioned in the desorbing part B so as to expel the solvent therefrom. There are also provided detecting means 15 and 16 for sensing the accidental stopping of the fans 12 and 13 and a safety control means 19 for automatically supplying cooling air to the desorbing part B to prevent the abnormal temperature rise of the adsorption body 1, based on the results from the detections by the detecting means 15 and 16 at the time of the accidental stopping of the fans 12 and 13. As a result, the abnormal temperature rise of the adsorption body 1 can be prevented with improved safety in its operations.</p> |
