<p>PURPOSE:To attain a high concentration rate of fluorocarbon gas by providing a rotor which, while rotating, adsorbs solvent from a gas containing the solvent in low concentration while it is passing therethrough, desorbs the adsorbed solvent therefrom with a high temperature regeneration gas passing therethrough, is cooled with a clean gas passing therethrough and adsorbs the solvent again. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 consisting of an active carbon of honeycomb structure is rotated in one direction about the axis of rotation parallel to gas passing direction. The one end face of the rotor is provided in the gas passing direction with a chamber A for introducing the gas containing a solvent in low concentration, a chamber F for discharging the gas containing a solvent in high concentration and a chamber D for discharging a rotor cooling gas and the other end face thereof is provided with a chamber E for introducing regeneration gas in a position adjoining the chamber F, and a chamber B for discharging a clean gas in the region other than the chamber E. A blower 6 is also provided for discharging a part of the gas from the chamber B into the chamber D after passing it through the rotor for cooling. A passageway 5 leads the gas from the chamber D to the chamber E and a heater 8 heats the regeneration gas sent into the chamber E and the rotor receives while rotating the regenerated and cooled gas containing the solvent in low concentration.</p> |
