<p>PURPOSE:To easily perform operation in a short time by deciding the kind of character modification according to pen stroke pressure and modifying recognized characters according to the decision result. CONSTITUTION:When the characters are modified, the modified characters are displayed by using character modification data in the display memory 5e of a PAM 5 and character data as the recognition result of the characters. For example, when the kind of the character modification is 'mesh', all the characters are meshed and displayed while the maximum value of pen stroke pressure of each written character is considered to exceed a specific threshold value. Further, the kind of the character modification is switched from 'mesh' to 'hold' and the characters are displayed in hold strokes while the maximum value of pen stroke pressure data on letters of 'characters' is considered to exceed the specific threshold value. Consequently, the operation in the character modification is facilitated and the input time is shortened.</p> |
