PURPOSE:To obtain polyester covering yarn having excellent dimensional stabil ity, fitting to body, having improved gloss by using polyester filament yarn having specific initial tensile resistance, specific elongation and specific dyeing temperature as winding yarn and elastic yarn as core yarn. CONSTITUTION:Elastic yarn (e.g., polyurethane elastic yarn) is used as core yarn 1 and polyester filament yarn having <=110g/d initial tensile resistance, >=35% elongation and <=100 deg.C dyeing temperature as winding yarn 2 is wound on the core yarn 1 to give polyester covering yarn 3 suitable for thin clothes. |
