PURPOSE:To completely eliminate the air lock, which occurs in a flow passage, by providing the second charging oil discharging passage whose one end is opened to an oil charging room and whose other end is connected to an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:When a worm gear 11 is rotated as an engine operates, a metering cam body 10 and a distributor 5 rotate synchronously. As a result, the volume of a pump room P is decreased by a plunger 6 via a charging cam part 8A of a charging cam body 8. Therefore, the oil in the pump room P is discharged into an oil charging room 4 via the first charging oil discharging passage. In addition, the oil in the oil charging room 4 is returned to the oil tank A via the second, charging oil discharging passage 15. Since air bubbles as well as excessive oil can be returned to the oil tank A like this, air lock can completely be prevented from occurring in the flow passage. |
